In Summer of 2018 I spoke at Support Driven’s Expo. My talk was based on a conversation I had with my brother-in-law who was looking at switching from a career in healthcare administration to customer support. In the talk, I shared what I look for in resumes as a hiring manager, how to find places to apply, and how to stand out in the interview process.
