How to Troubleshoot Anything lightning talk presentation at SUPCONF NYC

This was my first time speaking at a Support Driven event. I had the opportunity to share my unified theory of troubleshooting as a lightning talk (a 6-minute talk where slides automatically advance every 30 seconds). It was a fun challenge taking a talk that I usually spend almost an hour on and condensing it down into it’s essential parts.
